NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Open only to individuals physically located in the State of Indiana at the time of entry and 21 years of age or older. Void where prohibited by law. Alcohol is not part of the prize.

1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The ROW 94 Dierks Bentley South Bend Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on March 4, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on April 4, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

The random drawing will occur on or about April 5, 2026.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who:

  1. Are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry;
  2. Are physically located in the State of Indiana at the time of entry; and
  3. Provide a valid email address.

Employees of ROW 94 LLC (“Sponsor”), PriceWeber Marketing (“Administrator”), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members or persons living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter or win. Void outside Indiana and where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. HOW TO ENTER

During the Sweepstakes Period, entrants may enter by:

  1. Scanning the official Sweepstakes QR code displayed on participating point-of-sale materials;
  2. Completing the online entry form; and
  3. Submitting their first name, last name, valid email address, age confirmation (21+), and zip code.

Limit one (1) entry per unique email address during the Sweepstakes Period. Duplicate entries will be void. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

4. RANDOM DRAWING

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about April 5, 2026, from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified via email and must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification to claim the prize. Failure to respond within this time period may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

5. PRIZE

One (1) Prize will be awarded.

The Prize consists of:

  1. Two (2) tickets to see Dierks Bentley
  2. Concert date: April 18, 2026
  3. Location: Notre Dame Stadium, South Bend, Indiana

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $550

Tickets must be picked up at Will Call at the venue on the day of the show. Winner must present valid government-issued photo identification matching the name provided at entry. No backstage access is included.

6. PRIZE CONDITIONS

  1. Alcohol is not part of the prize.
  2. Travel, lodging, parking, meals, transportation, and all other expenses not expressly stated are the sole responsibility of the winner and guest.
  3. Guest must be 21 years of age or older.
  4. Tickets are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer.
  5. Sponsor is not responsible for concert cancellation, postponement, or venue changes.
  6. No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption of prize permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

If the concert is cancelled or postponed and not rescheduled during a timeframe determined by Sponsor, Sponsor’s obligation is fulfilled and no additional compensation will be provided.

7. CLAIMING THE PRIZE / RELEASE

Potential winner may be required to:

  1. Provide proof of eligibility;
  2. Sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where lawful);
  3. Provide a valid mailing address and identification.

By accepting the prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless ROW 94 LLC, PriceWeber Marketing, their respective affiliates, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies from any claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or attendance at the event.

Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8. TAXES

Winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with receipt of the prize.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

  1. Lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries;
  2. Technical malfunctions;
  3. Electronic transmission errors;
  4. Unauthorized intervention;
  5. Any injury or damage resulting from participation or prize use.

Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law.

10. DISCLAIMER

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Luke Combs, Notre Dame Stadium, the University of Notre Dame, Ticketmaster, or any concert promoter.
