OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. You must be at least 21 years of age and a legal resident of the United States to participate. Sweepstakes void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: “ROW 94 CONCERT SWEEPSTAKES” starts on October 1, 2024, at 12:00 am EST and ends on October 1, 2025, at 11:59 pm EST.

HOW TO ENTER: Visit Row94Whiskey.com and submit your email address, along with your first name, last name, age, and zip code. All entries must be received on or before October 1, 2025, at 11:59 pm EST.

NOTE: This is not a random sweepstakes drawing. Winners will be evaluated and selected by the ROW 94 Brand Team based on adherence to these Official Rules. Entry does not guarantee a prize.

DRAWING: Multiple prize winners will be selected periodically throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Winners will be selected by the ROW 94 Brand Team based on adherence to all Official Rules and eligibility requirements. Selection will not be random, and entries will be reviewed for compliance with all stated criteria. Drawings will occur on or about the following dates: April 1, 2025; October 2, 2025. Winners will be notified by email within approximately 30 days following each drawing. Each selected winner must reply within 48 hours to claim their prize. All entries received up to each drawing date will be considered for that drawing.

ELIGIBILITY: Employees of ROW 94 LLC, their affiliates, as well as the advertising/promotion agency, and the immediate families and household members of each are not eligible to win. Holders of wholesale or retail licenses are not eligible. You must be at least 21 years of age and a legal resident of the United States.

PRIZES: There will be multiple prizes awarded to winners throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Each prize consists of two tickets to a future Dierks Bentley concert and a backstage experience. ARV of each prize: $1,000. Beverage alcohol is not part of the sweepstakes prize. All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of prize winners. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. Non-cash prizes cannot be redeemed for cash value. Limit one prize per winner. Each winner will be notified by an automatic reply following entry submission. Winner must be at least 21 years of age. Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded.

CLAIMING PRIZES/RELEASE: Potential winner(s) will be required to provide a mailing address. Potential winner(s) may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release. By accepting his, her or their prize, the winner: (a) releases ROW 94 LLC and their affiliated companies and licensed alcohol wholesalers and retailers from any all liability claims, action or proceedings arising out of or for injuries or damages sustained while involved in a promotion activity or connection with the use of the prizes; as well as (b) consents to the use by ROW 94 LLC for promotional and advertising purposes in connection with this promotion and general use of the images submitted following receipt of prize, of his, her or their name and/or likeness and/or voice without further compensation. Proof of identification and verification may be required.

NOTICE: Potential winner will have 48 hours from the date of notice to accept the prize. If the winner does not accept the prize within the designated number of days, he/she/they may forfeit the prize.

CAUTION: Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the game is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such attempt. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such entrant to the fullest extent of the law. The sponsor and participating promotional companies are not in any way liable for damage, loss or injury resulting from computer malfunctions, misdirected or incomplete entries or acceptance and use of the prize. The sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this sweepstakes should virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of the sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the sweepstakes. The sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate or suspend the sweepstakes. The sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries.
