ROW 94 LLC EVENT PHOTO CONTEST

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. ELIGIBILITY

The ROW 94 LLC Event Photo Contest (the “Contest”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of ROW 94 LLC (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate. Non-U.S. residents are not eligible. The Contest is void where prohibited by law.

2. CONTEST PERIOD

The Contest begins on April 2, 2025, and will continue until a date determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion. The end date is subject to change.

3. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, participants must:

1. Share the designated promotional image to their Instagram account.
2. Tag @ROW94whiskey in the post.
3. Follow @ROW94whiskey on Instagram.

Entrants must ensure that their Instagram accounts are set to “public” to verify entry. Failure to follow these requirements may result in disqualification. Limit one (1) entry per person per meet and greet event.

4. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

Potential winner(s) will be required to provide a mailing address.

One (1) winner will be randomly selected for each meet and greet event from all eligible entries received. ROW 94 LLC will notify the selected winner via direct message from the official @ROW94whiskey Instagram account. Winners must respond within 48 hours of notification or an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion. ROW 94 LLC reserves the right to not select a winner if no qualified or eligible entries are received.

5. PRIZE

Each winner will receive one (1) ROW 94 LLC branded trucker hat (Approximate Retail Value: $25). Prizes are subject to availability and while supplies last. ROW 94 LLC reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its discretion. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash redemption or substitution is allowed except at Sponsor’s discretion.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.

7. PUBLICITY RELEASE

By entering this Contest, participants agree that ROW 94 LLC may use, reproduce, and repurpose their submitted content, including images, for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation. Additionally, by attending any meet and greet event, participants agree that their image may be used for marketing purposes as indicated by signage at the event.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION

By entering, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless ROW 94 LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liability arising from or related to participation in the Contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. ROW 94 LLC and its partners shall be indemnified against any claims or disputes arising from the Contest.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

All issues concerning the validity, construction, interpretation, or enforcement of these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which ROW 94 LLC operates. Disputes will not be handled via arbitration.

10. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, or its partners. By participating, entrants acknowledge that Instagram, Meta, and its partners bear no responsibility for the Contest and agree to release them from any liability related to the Contest.

These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement regarding the Contest and supersede any prior understandings or communications. ROW 94 LLC reserves the right to modify or cancel the Contest at any time without notice.
