OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. You must be at least 21 years of age and a legal resident of the United States to participate. Sweepstakes void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:

The “ROW 94 Acoustic Guitar Sweepstakes” starts on April 1, 2025, at 12:00 am EST and ends on April 1, 2026, at 11:59 pm EST.

HOW TO ENTER:

To enter, visit Row94Whiskey.com/guitar and complete the sweepstakes entry form by providing your email address, first name, last name, age, and zip code. All entries must be received by April 1, 2026, at 11:59 pm EST.

NOTE: This is not a random sweepstakes drawing. Winners will be selected by the ROW 94 Brand Team based on adherence to these Official Rules. Entry does not guarantee a prize.

DRAWING:

At least one winner will be selected during the sweepstakes period. The winner(s) will be drawn by the ROW 94 Brand Team on or about April 15, 2026, based on adherence to all Official Rules and eligibility requirements.

Winners will be notified by email within approximately 30 days following the drawing date. Each selected winner must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim the prize. All entries received up to the drawing date will be considered.

ELIGIBILITY:

Employees of ROW 94 LLC, its affiliates, and the advertising/promotion agencies, as well as their immediate families and household members, are not eligible. Holders of wholesale or retail alcohol licenses are also not eligible. You must be 21 years of age or older and a legal resident of the United States to participate.

PRIZE:

There will be at least one (1) prize awarded during the Sweepstakes Period. The prize consists of:

One (1) acoustic guitar signed by Dierks Bentley
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $195

Beverage alcohol is not part of the sweepstakes prize. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. Non-cash prizes cannot be redeemed for cash value. Limit one prize per winner. Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded.

CLAIMING PRIZE / RELEASE:

Potential winner(s) must provide a mailing address and may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release. By accepting the prize, the winner:

Releases ROW 94 LLC, its affiliated companies, and licensed wholesalers/retailers from any liability arising from promotion activities or use of the prize.
Grants consent to ROW 94 LLC to use the winner’s name, likeness, and/or voice for promotional purposes without further compensation.

Proof of identity and eligibility may be required.

NOTICE:

Potential winner must respond within 48 hours of the notification to claim the prize. Failure to do so may result in prize forfeiture.

CAUTION:

Any attempt to deliberately damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil laws. ROW 94 reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. The sponsor is not liable for issues arising from computer malfunctions, incomplete entries, or acceptance/use of the prize.

The sponsor also reserves the right to cancel or suspend the sweepstakes if integrity is compromised due to technical failures or other unforeseen circumstances.
