ROW 94 SOUTH JERSEY CONCERT & GUITAR SWEEPSTAKES

OFFICIAL RULES

Open only to individuals physically located in the State of New Jersey at the time of entry who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. Alcohol is not part of any prize.

1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The ROW 94 South Jersey Concert & Guitar Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on March 7, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on May 27, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Two drawings will occur during the Sweepstakes:

• Concert Ticket Drawing: On or about April 1, 2026

• Acoustic Guitar Drawings: On or about May 27, 2026

Sponsor’s computer shall be the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who:

• Are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry

• Are physically located within the State of New Jersey at the time of entry

• Submit a valid entry in accordance with these Official Rules

Employees, officers, and directors of ROW 94 LLC (“Sponsor”), PriceWeber Marketing (“Administrator”), their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, wholesalers, participating retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents, as well as the immediate family members and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or win. Void outside New Jersey and where prohibited by law.

3. PARTICIPATING RETAIL LOCATIONS

The Sweepstakes will be promoted exclusively within the following participating New Jersey retail locations (“Participating Locations”):

• Joe Canal’s Fire Road – Egg Harbor Township, NJ

• Buy Rite Ventnor – Ventnor City, NJ

• Bootleggers Liquor – Northfield, NJ

Entry into the Sweepstakes does not require the purchase of alcohol or any product.

4. HOW TO ENTER

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible individuals may enter by:

Scanning the official Sweepstakes QR code displayed on point-of-sale materials within a Participating Location;
Completing the official online entry form; and
Providing required information including first name, last name, valid email address, and age confirmation (21+).

Limit one (1) entry per person and per unique email address during the Sweepstakes Period.

Only one entry total is permitted per person and per unique email address across all Participating Locations.

Any attempt to submit multiple entries using different email addresses, identities, or other methods may result in disqualification.

Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void.

5. RANDOM DRAWINGS

Concert Ticket Drawing

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about April 1, 2026 from all eligible entries received from the Participating Locations prior to the drawing date. The potential winner will be notified via email on April 1, 2026 and must respond within twenty-four (24) hours to claim the prize. Failure to respond within the required timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

Acoustic Guitar Drawings

Three (3) potential winners will be selected in separate random drawings conducted on or about May 27, 2026.

One (1) winner will be selected from eligible entries submitted at each Participating Location.

Potential winners will be notified via email within seven (7) days of the drawing and must respond within forty-eight (48) hours to claim the prize.

Failure to respond within the required timeframe may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

6. PRIZES

A total of four (4) prizes will be awarded.

Grand Prize – Concert Tickets

One (1) Grand Prize consisting of:

• Two (2) tickets to the Dierks Bentley concert

• Date: April 3, 2026

• Venue: Hard Rock Live at Etess Arena

• Location: Atlantic City, New Jersey

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $300

Tickets will be issued through Will Call under the winner’s name. The winner must present valid government-issued identification matching the entry name to claim the tickets.

Secondary Prizes – Signed Acoustic Guitars

Three (3) prizes consisting of:

• One (1) acoustic guitar signed by Dierks Bentley

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $300 each

One guitar prize will be awarded to a winner selected from the eligible entries submitted at each Participating Location.

Each winner must pick up their guitar prize at the Participating Location where their entry was submitted.

Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes: $1,200

7. PRIZE CONDITIONS

• Alcohol is not part of any prize.

• No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption of any prize is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

• Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

• All costs and expenses not expressly stated, including but not limited to transportation, lodging, parking, meals, and other incidentals, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

• Tickets are subject to the terms and conditions of the venue and ticket issuer.

• Sponsor is not responsible for event postponement, cancellation, or schedule changes.

If the concert is cancelled or postponed and not rescheduled within a timeframe determined by Sponsor, Sponsor’s obligation will be considered fulfilled and no additional compensation will be provided.

8. CLAIMING PRIZES / RELEASE

Potential winners may be required to:

• Provide proof of eligibility

• Provide valid government-issued identification

Failure to complete required documentation within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize.

By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless ROW 94 LLC, PriceWeber Marketing, participating retailers, distributors, wholesalers, advertising and promotion agencies, Dierks Bentley, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from any claims, damages, or liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or use of the prize.

Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, and city/state for promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

9. RETAILER RELEASE

The Participating Locations listed in these Official Rules are not sponsors of this Sweepstakes and are not responsible for administration of the Sweepstakes or fulfillment of any prizes.

Participating retailers shall have no liability arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes.

10. TAXES

Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with receipt of any prize.

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries

• Technical failures of any kind

• Electronic transmission errors

• Unauthorized intervention

• Any injury or damage resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance of a prize

Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil law.

12. DISCLAIMER

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with:

• Hard Rock Live at Etess Arena

• Any concert promoter or ticketing platform

• Any social media platform used to promote the Sweepstakes
