“WHERE IS ROW 94 THIS SUMMER?” SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. This promotion is intended for participation in the United States only and is open solely to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. By participating, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

SPONSOR: This sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by ROW 94 LLC (the “Sponsor”). The Sweepstakes is administered on behalf of the Sponsor by PriceWeber, 10701 Shelbyville Road, Louisville, KY 40243.

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, members, and agents of the Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any entity involved in the development or administration of the Sweepstakes, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members of each such person, are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Because this Sweepstakes is associated with an alcohol beverage brand, entrants must be of legal drinking age (21+). The Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility and age of any entrant.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 15, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on September 7, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, you may enter by completing all of the following steps:

Take a photo with the ROW 94 instant camera — with a bottle, cocktail, or photo prop.

Post the photo publicly to your personal Instagram account. Your account and post must be set to “public” for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period so the Sponsor can view and verify your entry.

Tag both @row94whiskey and @whereisROW94, and include the hashtag #WhereIsROW94 in your post caption.

Each qualifying post that meets all of the requirements above constitutes one (1) entry. There is no limit to the number of separate, original photos you may post; however, posts that are duplicative, automated, or not made in good faith may be disqualified. The Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are not received, are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or that cannot be viewed due to privacy settings, platform errors, or any other reason.

Eligible photos taken at events may also be scanned or photographed by the ROW 94 Brand Ambassador for the Sponsor’s records and use as described in Section 8. Participation in the Sweepstakes is voluntary.

PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded: one (1) official ROW 94 trucker hat. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $20.00 USD. Only one (1) prize will be awarded in connection with this Sweepstakes. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specifically stated herein.

ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: On or about September 11, 2026, the Sponsor (or its designated administrator) will select one (1) potential Grand Prize winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted by a representative of the Sponsor whose decisions are final and binding.

The potential winner will be notified via direct message from the official @row94whiskey Instagram account within five (5) business days of the drawing. No notification will be made by email or telephone. The potential winner may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where lawful) a Publicity Release, and to provide proof of age (21+), within seven (7) days of notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond or return required documents within the stated time, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries, time permitting.

USE OF SUBMITTED CONTENT; LICENSE AND PUBLICITY RELEASE: By entering the Sweepstakes and by posting, tagging, or otherwise submitting a photo or other content (including any instant-camera photo scanned or collected at an event) (collectively, “Content”), you represent and warrant that you are the sole owner of the Content, that you have obtained all necessary rights, consents, and releases from every identifiable person appearing in the Content (and, for any such person who is not yet 21, that they do not appear in association with the consumption of alcohol), and that the Content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

You hereby grant to the Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, designees, and assigns a worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, publicly display and perform, edit, adapt, modify, create derivative works from, and otherwise exploit the Content (in whole or in part), together with your name, social media handle, likeness, voice, and any statements you provide, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised — including without limitation on the Sponsor’s social media channels, websites, newsletters, email, digital and print advertising, point-of-sale, and other marketing and promotional materials — without further notice, review, approval, compensation, or consideration of any kind, except where prohibited by law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any moral rights and any right to inspect or approve the use of the Content. The Sponsor is not obligated to use the Content. This license survives the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:

Content must be original, in good taste, and must not depict or encourage excessive or underage drinking, unsafe behavior, or any unlawful activity.

Content must not contain material that is obscene, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant and remove any Content it deems to violate these Official Rules or applicable platform terms.

Any attempt to tamper with the Sweepstakes, use of multiple or fraudulent accounts, bots, or automation, or any act that undermines the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may result in disqualification and may be a violation of criminal and civil law.

RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating, each entrant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, and the social media platforms, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from and against any and all claims, liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, offering, or announcement of any prize or these Official Rules, or for technical, hardware, software, network, or other malfunctions of any kind.

DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW: Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate state or federal court located in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor, shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rules.

PRIVACY: Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at row94whiskey.com. Personal information will be used for administering the Sweepstakes and, where consent is provided, for marketing communications.

PLATFORM DISCLAIMER: This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any other social media platform. Entrants understand they are providing information to the Sponsor and not to any platform. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to the Sponsor, not to any platform.
